1. Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we collect:

• Your full name and email address, as you enter them;
• The top-up amount and payment reference code generated for your submission;
• A screenshot you upload as proof of payment, and a hash of that image used to detect reuse;
• The date and time of your submission.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

• Verify that a matching payment was actually made;
• Prevent fraud, duplicate submissions, and abuse of the Service;
• Deliver your voucher code by email;
• Respond to support or dispute inquiries.

3. How We Store Your Information

Submission details are stored in a private Google Sheet, and uploaded screenshots are stored in a private Google Drive folder. Access is limited to those operating the Service. We do not publish or publicly list this information.

4. Data Retention

We keep submission records for as long as reasonably necessary for payment verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and our own record-keeping. You may request deletion of your personal information as described in Section 7, subject to any records we need to keep for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, and Gmail) to operate the Service. Google processes this data on our behalf as our service provider. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with any other third party except where required to operate the Service or where required by law.

6. Payment Information

We do not collect your banking login, card numbers, or other banking credentials. Your payment is made directly through your own bank's Internet Banking Kiribati service; we only receive the screenshot you choose to upload as proof.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting neirecharge@gmail.com or via our Contact / Support page. We may need to keep certain records (e.g. for completed transactions) even after a deletion request, where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or accounting purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
